Germany Says Welcome Backend for Google App Engine

Install all requirements from requirements.txt into lib/ pip install -r requirements.txt -t lib and endpoints_proto_datastore into endpoints_proto_datastore/

Then deploy to GAE or start a local development server using dev_appserver.py
