Requirements
==============================================================================
The server requires the following python packages,

sqlalchemy-3.0 - The database abstraction layer

You also need a database engine, either MySQL or SQLite will work
(PostgreSQL, Oracle or similar might work but havn't been tested). 

Install and setting up the appriporiate database engine is left to the
user. You must also install the Python database adaptor, they are listed
below:
    * Postgres:     psycopg2
    * SQLite:       pysqlite
    * MySQL:        MySQLDB
    * Oracle:       cx_Oracle
    * MS-SQL:       adodbapi pymssql
    * Firebird:     kinterbasdb
    * Informix:     informixdb

Notes: 
    MySQL ***only*** works reliably when InnoDB support is active.  Commands
    will appear to work but on an error, changes can not be rolled back.

tpserver-py-turn - Executes one turn, will SIGUSR1 the server if it's running

                   remove games, add new users, generate universe, etc.
