For analysis of imaging experiments (without stimulation)

make_roi_example.py allows user to choose multiple ROIs (relying on rolypoly) known dependencies of this script: matplotlib skimage.io numpy roipoly (source https://github.com/jdoepfert/roipoly.py) xmltodict pickle pylab datetime shutil time sys

Then plot_example_trace.py plots time traces from those ROIs. no extra dependencies
