To run the benchmark

1. Download the latest Grinder bits. As of this writing, the latest version is 3.7.1
2. Optional is the Grinder Console.
3. Start JBoss Data Grid
4. Update your environment variables in bin/setGrinderEnv.sh
5. execute bin/start*.sh depending on what benchmarks you want to run (hotrod, memcache or REST)
