Getting Started
---------------

- Create new virtualenv, located at $venv

- cd <directory containing this file>

- $venv/bin/pip install -e .[develop]

- $venv/bin/usingnamespace_init_db config/development.ini

- $venv/bin/pserve --reload config/development.ini
