2017 Solar Eclipse Scintillation Receiver Project.

Project Goal: Measure effect of the August 21, 2017 Full Solar Eclipse on scintillation measurements of signals originating from both LEO and GEO satellites.

Target Satellites include INMARSAT (L-Band, Standard-C signals), NOAA APT (137 MHz, WBFM), and SARSAT (L-Band, narrowband Phase modulated carrier).
