This (github.com/caktus/ibid) is a fork of the Ibid IRC bot, whose upstream home is http://ibid.omnia.za.net/.

Changes from the upstream version that we forked from:

• appended "-caktus" to the version.
• work with current html2text package.
• ibib-db --upgrade can initialize an empty database.
