Modifications

Install Instructions (if not using the installer)
=================================================

1. Run setup.bat in the "setup" directory
2. All done!

To launch OpenLP silently, follow the steps below:
1. Create a shortcut with target: "C:\Windows\System32\wscript.exe invisible.vbs start-openlp.bat"
2. Open the properties of the shortcut and change the working directory to the directory you extracted OpenLP
3. Change the icon to the one found in resources/images
4. All done!
