0. Fetch the telegram bot API from Link, and then configure QNA Maker in qna.py

1. fill all the api keys and values

2. Install requirements

pip3 install requests  python-telegram-bot commands

3. Run

python3 bot2017.py

1. /weather search weathers

2. /shortlink generate short link

3. /btdigg search magnet link in btdigg

4. /description get picture's description

5. /translate translate to Chinese

6. /music download a song from netease music (Mainland China restricted)

7. /pixiv download pixiv pictures
