Python library for interfacing with ORCID APIs.

Work In Progress: This is a python library for ORCID Members to interface with the ORCID API. The library will provide authentication and read/write operations support. Production and sandbox environments are supported.
Ideally, you should raise an issue before starting work. This project operates within a tight scope and not all features should be included with this library. Discussion is mutually preferred over rejected pull requests.
