We are happy to announce version 1.5rc3, a.k.a. Praline Brownie

NEWS

1. Fix matplotlib check in INSTALL.py
2. Update IDBA-UD parameters
3. Support read length as a new parameter for generic programs
4. Updated Kraken release
5. Fix EA-UTILS filtering in preprocess
6. Fix Statistics::Descriptive installation
7. Disable k-mer genie for metagenomes
8. Allow assembly to be disabled in isolate mode with -a none.
