ROS-package to make subscribers, publishers and services available from ROS to ZeroMQ.

The idea of this program is to have a link that makes communication between ZeroMQ and ROS through subscribers, publishers and services possible. As a result this should open up the possibility to use the ROS framework with all programming languages, that are availabe for ZeroMQ.
