The Problem

No one reads the fine print (i.e. TOS, EULA, legal documents) anymore yet every site has them

Our Solution

We have created an API service that acts as a middleman between users and companies. Companies give us a list of their terms of service as well as a full legal document outlining their TOS. Screenshot1 When a user registers for a company's service, they are redirected to our site where we interactively handle the process. We present the terms explicitly and simply. Afterwards we hand out email receipts containing the agreement they have just made.

Why does this work?

Our solution ensures users are informed, terms are presented simply. They are always in the loop, we keep them updated by sending an email if a service they are using:

  • Updates their TOS
  • Becomes inactive with our API
