This project is for Optical Character Recognition

current plan is to replace the original opencv svm with sklearn svm and make use of the crossvalidation and model evaluation packages to automate the model training, selection, testing and evaluation process.

Note: to close an image shown in mac, you should click the image window and tap the esc key. then it will be gone.
