#imFreq

imFreq is a script suite for image frequency break-down. We try to provide visualization and analysis (prospectively also filtering and image reconstruction) tools for spatial frequency bands in images.

This IPython notebook - which is also included in the repository as imFreq.ipynb - guides you through the suite's functionality and gives basic instructions.

##Dependencies:

• NumPy - in Portage as app-text/texlive
• matplotlib - in Portage as dev-python/matplotlib
• scikit-image - available on Gentoo as sci-libs/scikits_image
• pandas - in Portage as dev-python/pandas
• IPython - (only if you want to run the IPython notebook locally) available on Gentoo as dev-python/ipython
• chr-helpers - (only if you want to use config files) available on Gentoo from the chymerc overlay as dev-python/chr-helpers
