kegbot docker images, added script to manage creation, start/stop and removal of the images, also dump mysql to /kegbot-data

script also will restore kegbotsql from /kegbot-data on firstboot and set KEGBOT_DEBUG=true on firstboot so you may run the setup wizard.

currently setup to run with mysql/nginx running on the host, and just redis/kegbot inside docker.

also included is uwsgi/flask app and config to post events to Dasher.im
