Kochira is an extensible IRC bot, supporting dynamically loadable service modules and IRCv3 protocol support. It is the spiritual successor of Kobun and Michiru.

1. Clone this repository.
2. Copy the file config.yml.dist to config.yml.
3. Edit config.yml.
4. Run kochira --config=config.yml.
