Python Code - Concept
Get data from modbus device
Push to Mqtt broker as json payload
Web UI - Flask 
Easy to setup and view through web UI html page the following things
modbus registers 
modbus parameter details
mqtt topics 
mqtt server details

The Data read from modbus and data pushed in MQTT are can be viewed throguh to web UI - which use websocket to transfer the data to Web UI


Another Branch which is same there Mqtt payload breadcrumb in Sparkplug protocol and pushed to mqtt -
As Ignition SCADA mqtt with sparkpkug
