Shovel is/will be a development tool that you can tell it what you want done in a 
descriptor file and it will do those tasks if they are recipes. Its currently in 
development stages and may be quite unstable.

To install:

# python setup.py bdist_egg
# easy_install dist/shovel-<version>-<pythonversion>.egg 

Using shovel:

# shovel --help
