Servo cookie intermittent issue

To run this mess of a replication attempt ...

Requirements

• Rust
• Python

First clone pywebsockets into this projects folder

git clone https://github.com/google/pywebsocket.git

Then fire up a websocket server using the custom handlers

PYTHONPATH=./pywebsocket python pywebsocket/mod_pywebsocket/standalone.py -d ./handlers -p 7777

Then repeat the rust program continuously for as long as it takes, I just do

while sleep 1; do cargo run; done

or if I want to do it faster

while true; do cargo run; done;

It should eventually just lock up, if you are running a network monitor you may see the issue.
