Ninja Helper

This is a helper web service for ninjacourses. It is currently under construction. A few plans:

Improvement on course and course page monitoring

We only notify that there's a change without specifying the content. This will be improved soon.

We currently use sqlite3 which does not perform well under multiple requests. Will be implemented soon.
