rs-preprocessing pipeline including ICA-AROMA and necessary pre/postprocessing

load environment (if conda is not in use (check by typing "conda" into terminal)) ./setenv.sh

or activate FSL and source activate rsenv (if conda is in use)

then run python run_prep_aroma.py s "ID" or run_prep_aroma.py f "filename"

creates approx 5 GB in WDR + 3 GB in outputdir!!

TO DO: change hardcoded TR in code! change directory of csf/skull-reference files!!
