Python code for HIV transmission flow model.

The model is a two-typed latent Poisson process model where the density functions are represented by infinite Gaussian Mixtures (using a Dirichlet Process priors).

The currently most runnable scripts are in the "covariance" branch. Main module is "main2_DPGMM.py".
