This project implements most of the learning methods in the book of 《elements of statistical learning》.
The pity ifs that the code is not well vectorized.

这是我以前看《elements of statistical learning》这本书时实现的大部分算法，那个时候还不知道andrew ng，代码在向量化上做的不好，有很多for循环。 性能跟scikit learn也不能比（这个库底层使用了大量的c语言实现，而且肯定是高度向量化的）。

留个纪念，提醒自己不忘初心！
