Telegram bot-Madrid polution

This bot shows the NO2 polution levels of Madrid

It takes the data from the govern of Madrid official website: http://www.mambiente.munimadrid.es/opencms/opencms/calaire/consulta/Gases_y_particulas/informegaseshorarios.html?__locale=es

You we'll need a extra "config" file with the structure:

[bot]
name= Nombre de tu Bot
token= Tu TOKEN

This bot is based on the previous work of Almudena Sanz, Pablo Clemente y David Estevez
