Rapid Microorganism Identification Database

Code for the Rapid Microorganism Identification Database (www.RMIDb.org) to be run locally (Linux) or on Amazon Web Services using Elastic Beanstalk. Written using Python web-stack TurboGears (version 1.5.1). In addition to TurboGears dependencies, RMIDb requires the TurboGears registration module, BioPython, numpy, and scipy.
