Testing django project to access the jira's project.

• django = 3.1
• python = 3.8

• Install the Python3 in your system
• Install pip in you system
• Install and configure the virtualwrapper in your system
• Create Virtual environment and activate it.
• Install the requirements using bellow command pip install -r requirements.txt
• Then Run the migration (in the project root directory). pip manage.py migrate
• Run server pip manage.py runserver
