For zbenchmark.py, following Python package requirements are needed:

For zcompare.py, following Python package requirements are needed:

• pyyaml
• NumPy
• SciPy
• gdal

These are all listed in requirements.txt and can be installed using pip

pip install -r requirements.txt

To install pip, do the following:

Depending on your distribution, run sudo apt-get install python-pip etc.

Download and install packages distribute and pip e.g. form here.

For compiling the Knitr-based report, following R packages are needed:

• Knitr
• yaml
• ggplot2
