Sample usage:

1. K-means 

python cluster.py ../data/notowania.txt --kmeans -o out -D --weekly-data -i 300
python cluster.py ../data/notowania.txt -o out -D --weekly-data -i 300

2. Hierarchical clustering.

python cluster.py ../data/notowania.txt --hierarchical -o out -D --weekly-data -i 300

3. Self-organizing maps.

python cluster.py ../data/notowania.txt --selforgmaps -D -i 5000 -x 3 -y 3

4. Plotting stock graphs.

python plot_group.py output_kmeans 1
python plot_group.py output_kmeans 8
python plot_group.py output_kmeans 2 average
python plot_group.py output_kmeans all
python plot_group.py output_kmeans all average

5. Running kmeans in series for different parameters with plotting to gif files
Files are stored in /report/v2/kmeans/ directory.

./run_kmeans.sh [with adjusted parameters in script source]

6. Running hierarchical clustering in series for different parameters with plotting to gif files.
Files are stored in /report/v2/hierarchical/ directory.

./run_hc.sh [with adjusted parameters in script source]

7. Running self-organizing maps clustering in series for different parameters with plotting to gif files.
Files are stored in /report/v2/selforgmaps/ directory.

./run_selforgmaps.sh [with adjusted parameters in script source]
