Deluge Download

Dockerized python script which connects to a deluge daemon and uses rsync to download labelled torrents from the deluge host.

Needs following environmental parameters:

DELUGE_DOWNLOAD_DIR
DELUGE_HOST
DELUGE_PASS
RSYNC_USER
RSYNC_PASS
