Firstly I need to announce that I strongly recommand you to follow Dr.Andrew's suggestion, finishing the course with Octave/Matlab, which is very friendly for beginner of Machine learning programmer.

The reason why I create this project is I realize that I need to do ML related programming in Python finally, it's a chance to get familiar with the libraries about ML.
