This repository contains some Galaxy Tools maintained and developed by the GenOuest platform. Only very specific tools are hosted here, most of the tools developed by GenOuest are now contributed to IUC.

The tools are available in the main ToolShed asociated to the 'genouest' user. For historical reason, some of them are only available on the GenOuest ToolShed.

The GenOuest ToolShed is no more maintained, no new tools will be uploaded there.

Tools from the Colibread suite have been migrated to IUC

The Stacks suite is also maintained in IUC now
