This is unit responsible for providing jsonp or xml based communication with technology browser system.

*Note that 'owner' and 'source' fields are optional. If the owner value does not exists in the DB it will be created only once. *Note that when given tag value has been used more than 3 times it gets saved in the tags list used for suggestions.
Operation used to search the public data store for entries containing given tags

Operation is used to force synching between current techbrowser db instance and the one given by url param. Only new tags will be added and returned as response.
