Run install.sh to setup all required R and Python-2.7 packages, download all data and preprocess it.

• code -- package with prediction and validation code
• data -- download and preprocess data
• experiments -- scripts to compute predictions from the data and compare against multiple groundtruths
• test -- contains PyTest tests
