Mai intai se instaleaza requirements:
`pip install -r requirements.txt`Se porneste serverul de Flask folosing comanda:
`flask run`sau din butonul `run` din IDE.
Se deschide in browser http://localhost:5000/pay .
Se plateste.
Pentru teste se ruleaza python tests.py
