ipfs_cluster_setup


Install
This package depends on python3, with pyyaml, logbook libraries.

For the fist version, it can work well in Mac.
For other OS system, such as Linux, ubuntu, just change the right binary urls to
be downloaded in config.yaml according to your OS system.

ipfs_url:

root_path in config.yaml should be modified according to your env.
All the files, including ipfs node, ipfs-cluster node, bin, tmp will be put there.

node_num is how much node you want to running.

Note:
 ipfs_bin: should be kept empty for the first time when the env is not ready.
 It will be updated automatically after the env is set.

After set the right parameter,
First run get_ipfs.py, which will make the dirs, get the binaries and copy to the bin place.
Second run run_ipfs.py,
    1. it first init ipfs,  update the node with the right port. It will choose a random port that is free,
    2. start the ipfs daemon.
    3. init ipfs-culster-service, update the port,
    4. start the first ipfs-culster node daemon. for other ipfs-cluster nodes, new option "--bootstrap /ip4/127.0.0.1/tcp/6004/ipfs/QmedHre1SG7d9rYCJmcQ7dxqSy34vWwqwUJAsBV4uvk2Uv"
    will be used to join the ipfs-cluster.
    5. after that, you can check it with command:
       ./bin/ipfs-cluster-ctl --host /ip4/127.0.0.1/tcp/6004/ipfs/QmedHre1SG7d9rYCJmcQ7dxqSy34vWwqwUJAsBV4uvk2Uv --secret 8512641fc38bd61cd784b09def7c72075c4ad4995d1f8d91db2bef4433fdb2d5 peers ls

The above result show that the cluster are set correctly, and more experimental can be taken.

TODO:
1. choose the right url automatically after check the OS system.
2. For Chinese user, we will set zip files on Qiniu sooner so that VPN is not needed.
3. running it on other systems and fix it
