update_database.py     
------------------
Update envelope trending data

Input:
<house_keeping>/mta_env_msid_list       --- a list of msids
dataseeker output

<house_keeping>/mta_comp_fits_files     --- a list of fits files which provides secondary data

Output:
<data_dir>/<msid>_data
Columns:
    col 1   start time in seconds from 1998.1.1
    col 2   stop time in seconds from 1998.1.1
    col 3   the numbers of data points
    col 4   average
    col 5   median
    col 6   standard deviation
    col 7   minimum
    col 8   maximum
    col 9   the numbers of the lower yellow violation
    col 10  the numbers of the upper yellow violation
    col 11  the numbers of the lower red violation
    col 12  the numbers of the upper red violation
    col 13  the lower yellow violation limit
    col 14  the upper yellow violation limst
    col 15  the lower red violation limit
    col 16  the upper red violation limit

create_html_page.py    
-------------------
Create indivisual html pages of all msids in database

Input:
<data_dir>/<msid>_data              ---- read all <msid>_data files
<house_keeping>/java_script_deposit
<house_keeping>/java_script_deposit2
<house_keeping>/sub_html_list_all
<house_keeping>/unit_list
<house_keeping>/unit_supple
<house_keeping>/dataseeker_entry_list
<house_keeping>/description_supple

Output:
<web_dir>/<msid>_plot.html          --- a html page with the interactive trend plot

<house_keeping>/v_table.sqlite3     --- sqlite3 to keep the record of violations

classify_violation.py  
---------------------
Create a top html page with violation tables

Input:
<house_keeping>/envelope_main.html  --- the template of the page
<house_keeping>/v_table.sqlite3     --- sqlite3 to keep the record of violations
<web_dir>/*_plot.html               --- find which msids have the page created

Output:
<web_dir_top>/envelope_main.html    --- the top page

update_sub_html_pages.py
-------------------------
Create html pages for different categories of msids

Input:
<house_keeping>/sub_html_list_all   --- a list of categories and msids which blong to the categories
<house_keeping>/v_table.sqlite3     --- sqlite3 to keep the record of violations

Output:
<web_dir>/<category>_main>.html

glimmon_sql_read.py          
-------------------
Extract limit information from glimmon datababase

Input:
<house_keeping>/glimmondb.sqlite3   --- this must be copied regularly from:
                                            /proj/sot/ska/data/glimmon_archive/glimmondb.sqlite3

Output:
a list of list of:
    [<start time>, <stop time>, <yellow lower>, <yellow upper>, <red lower>, <red upper>]
    times are in seconds from 1998.1.1
If the limits are not defined, 'na' will be returned.

read_mta_limits_db.py  
---------------------
Read mta_limit_db  and return yellow and red lower and upper limits

Input:
<house_keeping>/mta_limits.db     --- mta limit database symbolic link to: 
                                            /data/mta4/MTA/data/op_limits/op_limits.db
                                            http://occweb.cfa.harvard.edu/occweb/FOT/engineering/thermal/AXAFAUTO_RSYNC/G_LIMMON_Archive/glimmondb.sqlite3
Output:
a list of list of:
    [<start time>, <stop time>, <yellow lower>, <yellow upper>, <red lower>, <red upper>]
    times are in seconds from 1998.1.1


violation_estimate_data.py
-------------------
Save/read violation estimated times in/from sqlite database v_table

Input:
called by update_sub_html_pages.py with input format of:
            (msid, yl_time, yt_time, rl_time, rt_time)
            times are all in fractional year

Output:
<house_keeping>/v_table.sqlite3     --- sqlit3 database
