This directory contains the script to create weekly report. You may want to upate
weekly trend input, and also check the radiation environment and if it is not "quet"
add a sentence or two.


How to run:
-----------

1. go to: /data/mta/Script/Weekly/Templates/Headers/Dsave

2. find which one will be on this week's report 
   (from /data/mta/Script/Weekly/Templates/trending_order)

3. add or remove msids from the list

4. go to /data/mta/Script/Weekly/

5. set environment (see bloew)

6. run:
        create_weekly_report.py mmdd yyyy

        where mmdd is, e.g., 0910
              yyyy is, e.g,, 2015

7. edit /data/mta4/www/REPORTS/index.html and addd the link

Scripts
-------
weekly_wrap_script  ---- a wrapping script to run main script

weekly_main_script  ---- a main script to set environment and run the script

create_weekly_report.py  actual python script to create the weekly report

in Focal direocty:
run_temp            ---- idl butch command script
get_ftemp_data.perl ---- a perl script to extract focal plane temp fits data
                         symbolic linked to  /data/mta/Script/Weekly/get_ftemp_data.per
                         must be able to access Dataseeker
                         it also need to access: /data/mta4/Matlab/mk_rdb2.out
plot_erad_time.pro  ---  script to create the focal plane plot
                         this one is updated weekly by the main script

in Telem directory:
run_all             ---  idl batch command script
complete_telem.perl ---  clean up the output appropriate for the weekly report
weekly_telem.pro    ---  idl script to extract data
                         symbolic linked to /data/mta4/CVS_test/Weekly_report/weekly_telem.pro
telem.pl            ---  converte the output to html page
zx_find_error.perl  ---  find unwanted entries and make a list
zx_remove.perl      ---  remove the upwanted elements from the list
reduce_entry.perl   ---  farther reduced the list by removing un-interesting entries

/data/mta4/MTA/bin/weekly_obs2html.pl  ---- get recent observation list

Directories

Focal           --- focal temperature related scripts/data are kept here
Telem           --- telemetory computation related scripts are kept here
Prev_Reports    --- Save older weekly report direcotries
Templates       --- Templates and others are saved
                    templates:  get_ftemp_data.perl

                    trending_order --- contain a list of date and trending choice
                                       for the week
Templates/Headers --- containing files containing headers of the trending table
Templates/Headers/Dsave --- containing the list of msids for the trending table
                            you should modify the msids in the list before runing
                            the weekly report script
Templates/Headers/Dsave/Base_list --- save basic list of the msid list. 
                                      you can copy this to ../Dsave and run 
                                      the script
Templates/Headers/Dsave/Scripts   --- contains a script used to create the msid lists
