Process:

0. Collect raw tweet dump data from streaming.py

1. Pass the raw tweet dump to parse_twitter.py  ( Extracts creation date, 
   twit_url, exp_url, geo coods(if any)
   python parse_twitter.py tweet_dump url_file 
   
2. Pass the dump file to redirect.py which inputs the tweet dump file
   and outputs the jsonfile with redirection list
